A Python script that turns any STL part into the two halves of a basic two-plate injection mold, with sprue, runner, gate, vents, and alignment pins, ready to 3D print or to CNC a soft aluminum tool.

A browser-based dashboard builder for quick data visualization and analysis. Load a CSV, XLSX, or published Google Sheet, then build tables, charts, pivots, and KPI cards with calculated fields, table joins, filters, and themes. Exports to HTML, PNG, PDF, and PowerPoint, autosaves, and saves JSON projects, with a mobile-friendly viewer.

A test planning and test results notebook that bridges design intent and evidence: what you are testing, why, what success means, and what actually happened. A plan without a result is a wish, a result without a plan is an anecdote. Test Bench keeps the pair together, holds failures in a queue until they are answered, does the arithmetic on the verdict, and prints a sheet you can carry to a bench that has no screen.

A Gerber and Excellon drill viewer with an aperture wheel: pick a D-code from the dial and every object drawn with that aperture lights up. Layer identification, clear-polarity rendering, a measure tool, design rule check, and PNG and SVG export. Single file, runs from file://.

A G-code backplotter and cycle-time bench. Reads router, laser, and 3D printer dialects, plots the toolpath in 3D, estimates real cycle time from an acceleration-aware motion plan, and flags rapids that cut through stock. Includes a feeds-and-speeds calculator and a tool crib.

True-shape nesting for laser and router work: pack real part outlines, not bounding boxes, onto sheet stock to get the most out of every board.

Turns an STL into a laser-ready SVG. Three flattening modes take a 3D part down to cuttable flat stock, named for the loftsman who drew a ship's lines out full size on the mould-loft floor.

A parametric enclosure generator: finger joints, T-slot fasteners, kerf compensation, and connector cutouts, with output that feeds straight into Cutplanner for nesting.

An STL to mold-negative generator. Turns a positive, a master object as an STL, into a printable or machinable mold exported as STL, for gravity-poured polyurethane resin casting and hobby or low-volume plastic injection molding. Offers a one-piece open-face mold and a two-piece split mold, and bakes mold-making best practice into both automatic geometry and guided, explained controls.

Four sensing stations in one single-file web app, sharing one graduated arc. Tremor reads machine vibration against the ISO 10816-3 zones and tags spectrum peaks to bearing, gear, and shaft frequencies. Stroboscope freezes a rotating pattern to find true speed, with a slow-motion offset. Photometer meters illuminance, flicker, and colour temperature through the camera. Dosimeter runs the microphone through A-weighting and integrates noise dose over a shift.

A local-first instrument for ladder logic: design the rungs, simulate PLC-style scan behavior, generate Arduino code, reconstruct compatible control code, test control behavior, and keep an engineering evidence trail as you go.

A local-first mechanical and electronic test-fixture engineering instrument for small-run electronics production, prototype validation, programming fixtures, repair jigs, cable testing, and manufacturing test development.

A local-first repair disassembly and reassembly instrument. A repair rarely fails because the fault was hard to find. It fails because the information needed to put the object back together was destroyed on the way in: the screw that was a different length, the clip that faced the other way, the number on the adjuster before it moved. Repairmap exists to hold that information while your hands are busy.
