Scope
Survey tier. From DOWSER as it ships today, PICKET assesses topology and naming: hidden SSIDs, an SSID on multiple BSSIDs (evil-twin against a trust list), and BLE owner or model name disclosure. DOWSER does not yet report the security suite or BLE address type, so encryption, PMF, WPS, and trackability show as reported gaps rather than false verdicts. Those light up when DOWSER is upgraded to parse the auth cell, or when the AERIAL firmware forwards raw management frames (which also unlocks deauth and karma detection). Full packet dissection is deliberately out of scope for this instrument.
