Begin with the motion you want, then choose a recommended mechanism. Drag the colored pivot handles or edit dimensions numerically. The simulation uses geometric constraint solving rather than a scripted animation.
The analyzer adaptively samples the full cycle and reports impossible geometry, exact singular ranges, width-aware collisions, layer conflicts, keep-out intrusions, over-center behavior, travel-limit violations, low mechanical advantage, excessive acceleration, cam pressure-angle limits, follower contact margin, cam jerk, and invalid cam timing. Warnings explain the condition and suggest a change; they never alter the design automatically.
The parametric part generator creates links, plates, slots, adjustment holes, stops, and purchased hardware placeholders. Parts SVG and DXF exports are dimensioned in millimeters. Verify scale, kerf, clearances, material thickness, spacer stacks, and pivot hardware before fabrication. Simulation does not replace physical testing. Guard pinch points, rotating parts, stored energy, and snap-through mechanisms.
Space play/pause · ←/→ step · R run LOCKUP CHECK · mouse wheel zoom · drag background to pan · drag large pivot handles to edit geometry.
Samples replace the current project only after you choose one. They are never mixed into a new blank project.
