Pick a stream and a window. Resolution follows the window, and raw is capped at 48 hours because D1 bills on rows read.
Registry
Provisioning shows the device token exactly once. CISTERN stores only its hash and cannot show it again. Devices are archived, never deleted.

Rules
Dwell is the difference between an alert you trust and one you learn to ignore. A rule with dwell fires only after the breach has held that long.
Silence is not configured here. Every device gets silence detection from its reporting interval and miss tolerance, set when it was provisioned.
Log
Everything CISTERN noticed. Acknowledging keeps a record, it does not erase one.
